About the event
The third annual Grito de Dolores Fashion Designer Competition celebrates Mexico’s 205 years of Independence. The competition will be juried by community leaders for various categories. The vibrant designs will be showcased on a runway intermingled with the “Miguel Hidalgo & Costilla Awards Dinner” to recognize inspirational community leaders and organizations. Award ceremony and fashion designer competition will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at Centro Civico Mexicano.
